Bo Turpin
Director of Clinical Services and Programming

Bo Turpin has been with Project Upstream since 2000 and currently manages all operations as the Director of Clinical Services and Programming. Bo has been working with vulnerable populations for well over a decade. Bo is currently a contributing member of the Champlain Mental Health Council and continues to champion the rights of those afflicted with mental illness.
