Krista Lazette-Benes

Krista Lazette is a Case Manager with the Canadian Mental Health Association.
She completed a B.A. Honours in Criminology and Criminal Justice Program and a
Master’s of Arts in Legal Studies at Carleton University. Her thesis focused on
the interface between the mental health and criminal justice systems. She is the
recipient of the 2005 Robertson Hall Scholarship and the 2006 Domestic Tuition
Scholarship for high academic performance. She has also received recognition
from the Canadian Mental Health Association for outstanding performance and
lasting contribution in the volunteer community support program. She serves as
the President of the Board and chairs the Personnel Committee.
