Richard (Dick) Kemp
Treasurer
Richard (Dick) Kemp has been a long-time resident of Ottawa-Carleton, 72 years
in fact! Educated at Ashbury College and Dalhousie University in Nova Scotia he
entered Ottawa Paper Box Company, the family business, in 1954. When the company
was sold in the 1960's, Dick joined K.G. Campbell Corporation, a well-known
printing company.
Dick is a former past president of Rideauwood Addiction and Family Services
where he served as a member of the Board for eight years and president for six.
He is a Past President of Project Upstream and is also active in many other
community services. Dick has extensive experience in fundraising events such as
Crime Stoppers, Rideauwood Golf Tournament, Ottawa Civic Hospital Heart
Institute Walk and Project Upstream's Wine Tasting Event and Golf Tournament.
Owner of D.K. Enterprises, Printing Consultants for the past 13 years, Dick has
close to 40 years experience helping clients meet their printing requirements.
