Wendy Stewart is a Project Manager at the Royal Ottawa Health Care Centre and is the President of Project Upstream. Wendy's interests lie in the de-criminalization of the mentally ill population and helping individuals with serious mental illness, and their families, connect to resources to prevent future hospitalizations and improve their quality of life.
